Routine Property Site Visits
- Regular property site visits to identify and address any maintenance issues promptly. The site visits are charged per visit so you can control how frequently we report on your home. The visits are scheduled on a weekly, biweekly or monthly basis and are $75 per visit. The frequency we visit is 100% up to you.
Maintenance and Repairs
- We schedule and coordinate your requested preventative maintenance to keep your property in top condition.
- We schedule any emergency repairs needed.
- Any can meet vendors, give them access and coordinate repairs on your behalf. The charge to meet vendors when needed is $50/hour.
- We communicate with you promptly to provide a clear understanding of any issues that may arise with photos.
- Quick response to repair requests with a network of trusted contractors if you need them.
